CAER Partners with USABA for National Fitness Challenge

Lead by Metro Denver teachers David Gooldy and Mike Plansker, 15 athletes have committed to improve their health and fitness lifestyle through USABA's 3rd Annual National Fitness Challenge. Equipped with Nike's new Fuelband SE, athletes compete against themselves and their group members to strive to include physical activity into their daily routine.

Check back on a regular basis to read a blog of 1 particular athlete, as well as photos and summaries of events taking place to improve fitness.
